L & O Evergreens guarantees that all wreaths will arrive in satisfactory condition. Wreaths are intended for outdoor use only. If the condition of your wreath is not acceptable you must notify us within 48 hours after receipt in writing via Fax (253-531-1135) or email (turnbullgreens@msn.com). You must provide your address and phone number and the name of the sender and we will send a replacement wreath immediately. P.O. Boxes will not be accepted. We are not responsible for wrong addresses or undeliverable addresses. Thank you and enjoy your wreath!
